Returns
Returns
Changed your mind? No drama. Here's exactly how it works.
30 Days, Unused
- You've got 30 days from delivery to send something back, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. You can open the box to have a look; we just need the hair itself to be untouched.
- Return postage is free: you don't pay to send it back.
- To start a return, email info@clada.uk with your order number and we'll talk you through it.
- Once we've received and checked the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Banks can be slow; give it a few working days to show up.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 48 hours so we can sort it fast — this doesn't affect your statutory rights. Email info@clada.uk with your order number and a photo.
What happens next
We'll sort a replacement or a refund, whichever makes sense. No forms, no return-to-sender, no chasing.
What Doesn't Qualify
- Hair that's been worn or styled can't be resold as new, so we're unable to accept it back.
- Hair that's been dyed, cut, chemically treated, or otherwise altered, we can no longer verify the original condition, and any result from the alteration isn't covered.
- Hair returned with the hygiene seal broken: once it's gone, we can't verify the hair is untouched and it can't be resold.
- Items returned without their original packaging.
- Anything reported outside the 30-day return window, or damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery (this doesn't affect your statutory rights).
Wine. Fake tan. The dog.
If something's gone wrong outside all of the above (you spilled something on it, the dog had a moment, life happened), email us anyway. We're not going to pretend the policy covers it, but we'd much rather hear from you and see what we can do than have you quietly never order again.
Not sure where you stand?
Just email info@clada.uk with your order number and tell us what's going on. We'd rather sort it out than argue the small print.
