Which Set Do I Need?

It comes down to how much length and thickness you want, and whether you want to fit and remove it yourself or have it done professionally.

Clip-ins go in and out yourself in minutes. Nano rings are a professional fit (see below) but last longer between applications and sit more securely for daily wear.

Real talk on length: naturally drawn hair has tapered ends, so worn poker-straight you may see where it meets shorter hair. Curled, waved, or cut in by a stylist, it blends seamlessly — that’s true of all extensions. For maximum length work, ask us about double-drawn (trade).

Length Guide

18" vs 20"

18" typically sits around bra-strap length on most heights — a natural-looking length that blends easily and suits most hair types.

20" sits a couple of inches longer, past the bra strap — noticeably more dramatic length, best suited to those who already have some length to blend into.

If you're between the two or unsure what will suit your natural length, message us a photo (see below) and we'll help you pick.

How Do I Match My Shade?

Send us a photo in natural daylight, ideally showing your roots and lengths, and we'll match you to the closest of our eight shades before you order.

Professional Fit

Nano Ring Fitting: What to Expect

Nano rings are applied strand by strand by a qualified stylist — please don't try to fit or remove these yourself. A full application typically takes around 45–60 minutes.

Fitting isn't included in the price of the hair itself. The cost varies by salon, so ask your stylist directly when you book. They'll also handle repositioning every 6–8 weeks as your hair grows out.

UK and Republic of Ireland only. Tracked 48hr from £3.50 (2–3 working days), Tracked 24hr from £4.50, free Tracked 24hr on orders over £75.
Same-day dispatch Monday–Friday before 3pm, Saturday before 11am.
30 days to return anything unused and in its original packaging — free return postage.
Arrived damaged or faulty? Tell us within 48 hours so we can sort it fast. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
